接地裝置作為車載系統的附件，是整車系統駐車使用時的電氣安全配套裝置，主要用于整車系統過剩電荷安全漏泄，適用載重量在1.5噸以上的各類輪式越野汽車改裝的機動電子類車載系統和各類裝甲輸送車或兵戰車改裝的機動電子類車載系統編配使用。

該裝置由于打入方式獨特，地釘和大地緊密接觸，接地電阻比其他接地方式少40%以上，在一般土質情況下，三釘組網接地電阻≤5Ω。
